Yours Forever is a symbolic wedding ceremony celebrant service based in Porto, Portugal, operated by Sofia ("we", "us"). We are the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese data protection law.
When you use the contact form on this website, we ask for details such as your name, your partner's name, your wedding date, location and a message. This information is not stored on our servers — it is used to compose a message that opens in WhatsApp, and it reaches us only if you choose to send it.
If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your wedding plans.
Our hosting provider (dominios.pt — DMNS, S.A.) may process technical information such as your IP address in server logs for security and operational purposes. If you consent to analytics cookies, we may also collect anonymised usage data about how you browse the site.
We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR: your consent (analytics cookies, marketing communications), pre-contractual and contractual necessity (responding to enquiries, delivering our services) and legal obligation (accounting and tax records).
